I am an accredited executive coach and emotional intelligence practitioner working with clients in Ireland and Internationally.  I work with leaders and senior professionals to help them effectively navigate their roles. I focus on restoring self-belief and gaining a clear sense of direction, putting them in the driving seat of their professional development to action their goals and advance their careers. Coaching is complemented by using practical tools, resources and frameworks to aid clients in gaining insights and increasing awareness to accelerate their growth.
