Don't Forget About Top Performers!
Updated: 7 days ago
It's easy to put your time into the people who are struggling and assume your top performers are fine. Often they aren't. High performers can quietly disengage when they feel unseen, under-challenged or loaded with everyone else's work. Three habits help: name their impact specifically, ask what they want to grow into next, and check that "reliable" hasn't become "default for everything". Keeping your best people starts with noticing them.
